We allow our deliveries to be done using most methods of transport but encourage the use of bikes/eco options. When delivering on ProductCollect you can see the weight/size of the orders which allows you the rider to know if you can carry the products.

Here at ProductCollect you can be the customer and the collector. We allow all users to enrol on our collector program and join the ProductCollect community.

At ProductCollect we support all groups. We don't discriminate and aim for the equal community.

We don't use tax havens and aim to pay our tax in full. We want to support the community and in doing so we pledge to pay our taxes in full!

ProductCollect will not discriminate against any users. We believe everyone deserves a chance.

We will always aim to improve the community environment and will aim to give the future generation a better future.

We allow you to be part of our community in many ways. You can follow us on our socials or you could even apply to become a collector.

We don't charge anyone to use our platform. You the user are free to use our platform and don't need to worry about future costs.

If you are a collector don't forget you can also be a customer. You can use our platform like anyone else.

At ProductCollect we encourage eco friendly options like bikes and electric vehicles but we also have the option to use a lorry. If your order is too big for a bike, car or van, a lorry should do, if not we may have to look at other options.

If you don't like what you have bought you can use our return tool for support with your return. We will store your bill on you account, so getting all the detailed information you need for the return is quick and easy. Please refer to individual stores for return policies.

Online returns can be a pain. Buying local with ProductCollect means you can return in person. As you have bought the product from a local store you can just walk to the store and talk to a person about your return or exchange. You can even get support from the store in person.

Any store can join our partner program to benefit from all the partner features and give their customers a better user experience.

We allow our collectors to get the product to you using any transport method, this can be anything from bike to public transport.

At ProductCollect your delivery can come by car or any other method. You can select your preference but this may effect your delivery time.

We make sure all collectors are paid fair. This is why the cut we take is much smaller compared to other delivery platforms. We allow the customer to be in control of the amount the collector gets paid.

We support competition and give all stores our platform to use.

You can always use filters to sort the default order. As a rule however, we will indicate the most relevant shops/products for you, depending on where you are. We understand that individual preferences are different!
